I'm Doug Hively and I started the Leadership Worldview out of the desire to meet the ever-growing need to help those in leadership maintain leadership qualities–not as a daily checklist–but as a mindset.
I'm here to help you understand what it takes to lead while inspiring others and raising up more leaders. I'll also do it in a way where it will be less of a chore and more of a natural, instinctive way of life. It's a worldview for leadership.
