Social Media Coordinator

Visual communication is your thing. Satisfaction for you means taking care of social media channels so that Leaders and Executives can thrive in their lanes. You enjoy supporting a Brand and the team behind it. 

This position’s primary focus will be to expand the reach of our business, brand, products, and online training programs by creating, distributing and curating engaging content for our audience through social media. The number one goal of this position is to communicate on behalf of Denae and The Hively Co brand to attract our ideal client and grow raving fan customers.

 

We’re not your average company — we always make sure our team members have plenty of freedom and flexibility to live their best lives, recharge, and have fun (major perks of working as a remote team!)

That said, social media doesn’t take breaks — that’s why we need our team members to be flexible too. The tasks required in this role rarely fit into an average 9-5 schedule. Our dream Social Media Coordinator is open to finding their own rhythm and creating a schedule that serves their life while also ensuring they get the job done.

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who’s happy to keep up with the fast pace of our growing brand. Our ideal candidate knows how to brainstorm content, and is happy to offer post ideas when the CEO and Integrator are knocking out large projects. 

Attention to detail and interpersonal skills that ensure discretion and confidentiality are essential. As a service based business, you may get an inside look at someone else’s brand or even know our client roster and that is to remain confidential. To fit well in this role and on this team you’ll need to live a life of integrity. 

A commitment to continuously learning, improving, and refining your skills is a part of who you are. As an online business, we do things differently and we need someone who’s adaptable and able to work independently most of the time.

We’re looking for a mature, experienced Social Media Coordinator who shows up daily with a get-it-done attitude and is always thinking ahead. About The Position

This is a part-time position that reports directly to our CEO, while also working closely with our Integrator. Please don't apply if you manage a social media agency or plan to delegate our work to a team, we are looking to have a 1:1 relationship and our hope is that you will stay with the Hively Co. long term.

 Social Media Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities

Our Social Media Coordinator will primarily be responsible for: 

»  Social Media Brand Management: Acting as the brand voice for The Hively Co across Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest by developing and executing a regular posting strategy, including creating and/or repurposing engaging content that establishes our presence as an authority, such as blog posts, videos, graphics, etc., designing the images and scheduling the posts.

»  Social Media Growth: Developing strategies to grow our social media platforms both in customer engagement (comments, dialogue, sharing) and the numeric value (number of followers, friends).

» Campaign Creation: Partner with our Integrator to support our product launches on the social front. You’ll do this by designing and executing results-driven, lead-generating, and high-converting social media campaigns.

»  Analytics: Constantly tracking and reporting on social analytics and metrics, making suggestions for improvement based on your findings in these reports. 

» Copywriting: Lots and lots of writing - we want to communicate well and EVERYWHERE (comments, captions, stories, DMs, etc).

»  Research: Researching and staying up to speed on new social media marketing

strategies and how we can use them to add value to our audience.

» Past experience managing a brand’s social media.

» Social media is your passion. You can easily spot an effective social media channel and identify the qualities that make it successful.

» You are constantly paying attention to what is working for leading brands and can visualize how it can apply to our brand.

»  You are a thinker and a doer. This position is a mix of both. You can come up with strong, smart strategies and you also don’t hesitate to jump in and implement.

» You understand the power of a good story and you are a master at asking the right questions of the right people to bring that story to life.

 

» You're an effective communicator, especially in writing. Your grammar and writing skills are top notch.

»  You have a visual eye and are hungry to step beyond the normal stock image to bring our brand to life

» You are masterful at tapping into the unique voice of our brand.

» You know how to use:
